No one meeting me today would believe that I was a shy person. People think when we want some huge change in our life it is important to think big and they don’t attempt to start but it is completely false we just need to adapt to small change because big change comes from hundreds of small changes. We need to create an environment where doing the right things is preferred. We may fail to adapt to some habits at first but we need to stick to them by hook or by crook and one method is awarding yourself when you do the right thing. Some things trigger everyone to improve themselves, and so did me Here are the 5 habits I adapted myself to bring change in me:

1. Limiting Decisions

I eat a lot of the same foods, wake up and fall asleep around the same time and have worn the same jeans and style of shoes for 3 years.

Free up your mind for other decisions by making a decision and sticking to it.

“Nothing happens until you decide. Make a decision and watch your life move forward.” — Oprah Winfrey

2. Reading

I read for 30 min every night. It’s amazing what new ideas do for your awareness and creativity.

“The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.” — Dr. Seuss

3. Coding

I have coded nearly every day since 2017 mid. Practice adds up over time so you can solve more difficult challenges in the future.

I watch videos, read articles, build tools, and learn new technologies.

“Habits + Deliberate Practice = Mastery” - Atomic Habits by James Clear

4. Making my bed and managing things

It’s funny how a simple act can create a ripple effect on your feeling of self-worth and life

“If you want to change the world… start off by making your bed and mamage your room.” Make Your Bed by William H. McRaven

5. Writing things down

I use Google Keep to write everything down.

Having one regular meeting with somebody write down anything you want to remember saves you time and energy every time you have something to write down and every time you need to remember something.

“Paper is to write things down that we need to remember. Our brains are used to think.” — Albert Einstein

"If you expect disappointment, then you can never really get disappointed". - MJ said to Peter (Spiderman)

Habits are the thing that determines who you want to become. The Latin word for identity is essential, which means being repeated. Your identity is what you repeat and what you repeat is the habit. We don’t have to bring huge changes in our habits atomic changes can add a brick to build a house of success.
